kwame brown - drafted by michael jordan #1overall pick, small hands, laughing stock

eddy curry - 4th overall pick, fat ***, had 1 good year

darko milicic - picked ahead of bosh wade melo kaman barbosa howard i could go on, human victory cigar, can block shots

robert swift - awkward looking white guy, drafted with a 12th pick

michael olowakandi - 1st overall pick, always gets dunked on,

sam bowie - drafted ahead of jordan, worthless, injury prone

greg ostertag - the one shaq dropped on the floor with a wrestling move

if it was up to me, i'd take darko, atleast he can defend and block shots,, still has room to develop 2

  1. Eddie Curry. Given that bbody and changing his work ethic he still has a chance to be one of the best centers in this league.

    2EZ!!

  2. eddy curry cannot be a 15/10 guy, have you watched him play? he can't rebound for a free lifetime pass to the chocolate factory...

  3. none. you dont need a center just use a power forward

  4. Ill grab Eddie Curry easily.  I know he can be a 15 point/10 rebounds type of center.  The other afrementioned players are unproven in this current NBA.

  5. sam bowie.  at least it would be over with now! (if you went by current vs. past players)

but if they were all rookies, ostertag was a stiff but at least he served a purpose (defense, well kinda - with a lot of manhandling fouls).  the rest of these guys are flat out stiffs in every facet of the way big men are supposed to play the game!

  6. Sam Bowie: He just couldn't stay healthy.....I would say Curry because of his scoring, but I need a Center that can get more than 5 rebounds....

  7. oh god i might have to trade the pick if these are the choices and hope for better luck next year!

  8. The Kandi man seems to be the best one ont he list, I don't even think Darko is still in the league. Ostertag had an alright career, I'll take Olowakandi from that list though.

  9. eddy curry when he's in shape

  10. What up F,

I'd probably go with Sam Bowie.  Sam Bowie i think is often chastised because of being picked over Michael Jordan- not his fault.  Also keep in mind that Portland already had Clyde Drexler at the two- and were probably thinking of Walton (a big man who lead them to Championship glory).  Bowie was coming off a final four appearance at the University of Kentucky.

You can't really blame the Blazers for taking Bowie- because how many teams would take a 7 foot 3 big man with great passing skills like Bowie had.

Even as a sub and a much older player Bowie showed his passing abilities as 2nd stringer for the Lakers. Unfortunately most of his career was plauged by knee injuries- or Bowie would have been a pretty solid center.  It still doesn't justify taking him over M.J. but who knew obviously...

i'd take him ahead of the other guys- because he was a solid defender, and a great passer on offense.  Again, he was just injury plauged- but probably the most solid-- it's just unfortunate that he'll always be remembered for being picked before M.J. instead of actually being a decent ball player who could have been a pretty good ball player if not injury-plauged.

  11. For me its Darko Milicic... even he cannot shoot that much but he is a good defensive player.. he can rebound and block.. actually defense is still the best offense. he can defend while the rest of the team plays an offense..

  12. Eddy Curry.  He can be a 20 point scorer.  I don't know about rebounds.  He was dunking hard the year before, and everyone forgot.  I know he's bad now and I turned my back on him too, but when he was in shape he was hard to stop.

  13. I'll take Darko and Curry.

  14. i would probably take darko milicic, he is actually a solid and very underrated center, the only reason that people hate on him is that he was taken so early in the draft, eddy curry would have been good if he actually tried and gave a d**n about basketball

  15. neither

  16. shawn bradley
