Which bike would be better??? both are haros jus cant make my mind on which 1?

both are in good condition but the f1 is in better condition n has brakes

This may sound girly, but go with the one that aesthetically looks better to you.  The specs aren't far apart and both bikes are as quality.  Buy the one that has the color scheme you like or the one that's cheaper(if cost is a factor).  

If I had my choice, I'm going older Nyquist.
