None, they couldn't breathe and the atmosphere becomes so thin that they couldn't have enough wind resistance to reach that height.

after a certain point of flying as high as they can any bird will start to feel light headed and return to the ground...

no bird, human or anything that breaths oxygen can go into space with out some proper measures to be able to survive in the harsh conditions of space and it's not just because of lack of air to breath it's also for reasons like radiation or the fact that you will balloon up and then implode in space and die

Like most animals that live out of water, birds needs oxygen to survive. There's nothing but vacuum in space, therefore no bird can fly to space.
