To hover and even fly backwards the Humming Bird but Aerodynamically they have a different method.  So probably none.  Could consider a Dragon Fly.  Though still not same aerodynamics.

Kite, close cousin of the kestrel. I used to watch them over the fields in Germany, looking for mice.
