The "Oasis of the Seas" is not yet completed, and will not be sailing until 2009 or so. It is still in its birthplace, not on the water.

Nimitz-class carriers are about 1100 feel long and have a crew of about 6000, including the air crews.

The Oasis of the Seas.

I don't know exactly how big it is but it is reported to be the largest in the world. As for the number of passesngers...I would guess several thousand at least.

Aircraft carriers are not passenger vessels and the Queen Mary is not as large as the Oasis of the Seas. The QM once held that title but no longer.
