You could start with getting in touch with the consumer's protection group called "Test Achats". They check out products/publicity and protect ALL consumers against anything that doesn't comply with what the companies advertise or sell. (If that is what you are looking for)

This a a very reliable group. They also have a program on national TV -  RTBF & VRT-.

I'll try to find their contacts/website and get back to you .(i am not in Belgium at this moment)
