I would say eyes because they are a natural feature as a pose to hair which is dyed/styled etc to the way that you want it. However, you can tell a lot about a person by their hair and how much effort they put into it/what their style is etc.

I think your hair is very important because it is one of the first things a guy will notice I`m glad mine is blond although some think it means you are frivolous or even dumb.

If you like them and let them get to know you better they will take more notice of your eyes I think my dark brown eyes show I have a serious side

I like both equally really. Like if were talkin about guys, but if its on me, its my eyes. cause theyre my favorite color :D baby blue
