That's the 6th book. (The Half Blood Prince). But I see answering this question wa kind of useless since so many other people gave you the correct answer also.

You see Harry it is the last Quidditch match of the season and Harry can't play because he has detention with Snape. Well, after detention he gets back to the common room and everyone is celebrating Gryffindor's victory. The next thing you know Ginny is in Harry's arms and they are kissing.

At this I kind of expected Ron to be angry but all he does is shrug his shoulders which I find funny.
