  1. Mein Kamph or another athiest type book.

The atheist Joseph Stalin murdered more people than any one else in recorded history. Even more than the pagan Hitler. Hitler was a pagan with athiest leanings. He believed in Darwinian principles that athiests hold so dear.

  2. The Bible taught me that everyone is my neighbor and that I should be loving and charitable.

Mein Kamph taught me that I have to hate everyone who isn't up to Hitler's "standard"..

It's not a hard call to make..

  3. Mein Kampf is evil to the core, but pales beside the Bible in terms of real influence. It did not inspire the n**i movement; for that we can blame the poisonous environment of post-WWI Germany, and the charisma of Hitler as a speaker and leader.

The Bible, on the other hand, is a truly influential document which has inspired all sorts of acts, both good and bad, over almost 2000 years. So I don't think it's a very good comparison.

  4. It is IGNORING and DISOBEYING the Bible that led some people to inflict pain, murder, and hatred.

The Bible can't be blamed for the actions of those who disobey its call to love even one's enemies.

The purpose of Mein Kampf, on the other hand, was to inflict pain, murder and hatred.

Those who did so, did so because they OBEYED Hitler's lunacy and murderous hatred.

  5. Toss-up.

  6. The Bible....because its truth condemns the rest of the world...so they hate us for it.

  7. Neither. I find it rather facetious to even assume that a mere book is going to lead a person to kill someone, when reality dictates that only people cause themselves such problems.

  8. The bible, easily.

  9. Way to Goad!

Not an entirely fair question.. The Bible has inspired some charity, mercy and kindness as well. Christian Churches have had a very positive role in American History. If you do a little research you will discover the movements to end slavery, stop segregation, and get women the right to vote all begin in churches.

Besides... Ever see any n***s running Homeless shelters?

  10. and which has lead to more love, help, and kindess? The bible without contest.

  11. Mein Kampf isn't even in the same league as the buybull.

  12. Neither... The atheistic Communist manifesto written by Carl Marx has ... Hope this helped...God bless you !

  13. The Bible.

I thought that Mein Kampf gave a good idea of how intelligent Hitler was.

    * No, I'm not a n**i, or supporter of right wing ideas, but I do think that man was highly intelligent and managed to get away with it, and write it in a book years before he started doing his ideas, and still, they did not try and stop him.

  14. The bible - its had more chance as it was published earlier ( unfortunately it got misunderstood & wasn't sent to the fiction section ),

    peace

  15. Tens of Thousands of people died in the Crusades

Tens of Millions of people died in WWII and the Holocaust

    Easy comparison

  16. Malleus Maleficarum.

EDIT: Buddy R, Mein Kampf was written by Hitler. If you got that fact wrong, perhaps you've gotten alot more wrong, hmmm?

  17. Why has the Bible led to pain, murder and hatred, as you say.

    1. The early catholic church and even churches to this day, forcing by violence and fear the knowledge of the truth, contradicts acceptance through free will and is not only mute, but contradictory of their commandment. They are rebels, hypocrites

    2. Islamic extremists hate the truth, for like all non-believers, they are either willing or ignorant servants of Satan, and hate will be a primary tool toward the believers. We are lambs among a pack of wolves.

    3. Tough situations and brutal situations are how people make progress in a sinful world. I am a Christian. I rely upon God. But since I have a sinful nature, I will drift from God, getting a self-centered attitude again. I face extremely tough situations to the point where I can only rely upon God, and it brings me back.

Many who are new believers believe that they are entering complete safety, where in fact they enter the front lines in the battle against evil...for we are but servants.

Let's take a look, however, at the atheistic lies being spread, leading people from the truth and informing people that life has no meaning, that we have no purpose, etc. Beyond their illogical perceptions, the atheists have chronically spread lies that lead to questioning why people are here, what is their purpose  (a concepts created into the fabric of our soul), which leads to loss of morality, loss of love in the world, depression and ultimately an utter despair that people either hide or take out on others, or themselves. The vast majority of suicides are commited by atheists. The vast majority of drug crimes are commited by atheists. The vast majority of murders are commited by atheists. The vast majority of thefts are commited by atheists.

This isn't atheism vs. Christianity, it's evil vs. good, and it doesn't involved only atheism.

So take a long look at this pure fact: atheism and the free-fall in society correlate perfectly, and will only get worse.

***Eggifile*** You mind obviously don't take into consideration the fact of WHEN these individuals become Christians, for thankfully in prison they must rely upon God and many turn to God and receive FORGIVENESS.

But wait eggfile, you believe in abiogenesis, you don't have much logic or much of a brain at all.

  18. Have you ever considered the thought that some pure things can be manipulated to make them look ugly? Try reading it yourself without biased opinions radiating from everyone else.

  19. The koran perhaps?

  20. Only a twit would blame a book for man's fallen nature and his consequent proclivities for doing evil. Man is his own worst enemy and the smartest thing Satan ever did was get off man's back and let him find his own road to perdition. Seems from some of the questions and answers here at Y!A that Old Scratch is right.

  21. The bible - no contest.

EDIT: To the people who are saying that "tens of thousands" died in the Crusades, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. You're not even close.

  22. I invoke Godwin's Law.

Also, considering that more people died during the Holocaust than were killed in all the Crusades, the Inquisition, and every witch hunt combined, I'd have to say Mein Kampf.

  23. "The Bridges of Madison County" easily tops both of them.

  24. The Bible when taken out of context, read with bigotry instead of compassion,  and used to justify abhorrent behavior has probably caused more - but then it's been around longer...

Mein Kampf seems to have been read by only one world leader at it's original release - Winston Churchill - and taken at it's face value...a lot could have been avoided if more had done so...

  25. Its unfair to blame the Bible, its been around for almost 1800 years so it has had much more time to do damage than Mein Kampf, but give Mein Kampf time, it may catch up.

  26. The bible of course. Tens of Thousands of people died in the Crusades

Tens of Millions of people died in WWII and the Holocaust. Where was god when both events took place?

  27. Bible(s), since there is no, "The Bible". It's insane to see how many versions there are; of practically every passage.

  28. Bible, besides of much other stuff, had lead to Mein Kampf as well...

  29. DuHH

It wasn't Hitler who destroyed an entire world, the innocent along with the guilty!!!!

Do you wonder why those who believe in that archaic, biblical monster had no trouble in slaughtering pagans, heretics, witches, homosexuals,  Jews, Muslims, Cathars, Waldensians, Albigensians, Huegonots, AND EACH OTHER, by the tens of thousands????? Hitler was a petty monster compared to the monsters who used the bible to burn, hang, rape, torture, maim anyone who did not buy into their myth of of dying and resurrected saviour.  Simply go thru Robbin's "Encyclopedia of Witchcraft and Demonology"  and Helen Ellerbe's "The Dark Side of Christian History" and try to count the millions of people killed by self-proclaimed Christians who slaughtered in the name of Christ.  Add those to the millions killed by the Israelites at the command of Yahweh, and you soon begin to regard "Mein Kampf" as  a Pollyanna in the annals of slaughter!!!!!  Hitler killed in the name of 'racial superiority'....bible thumpers killed in the name of their god. That makes one helluva difference.

    Derek:

I am amazed that you have not drowned in your own bullshite!  If atheists are the criminals you claim they are...how is it that 75% of our prison population is made up of self-professed CHRISTIANS???????

Get an education...and you won't sound like such a biased numb-nuts.

    lauraicci:

Wow. The first Wiccan I have encountered who does not know how to count.  As to knowing your history...YOU DON'T.

In Germany, alone, at last 100,000 were hanged as witches..uncounted thousands burned alive in Alsace: in small outlying villages records survive, listing 152; 200; 600; and even a thousand burned.  Multiply these numbers for every village, town, city and hamlet in Europe during the Witch hunts and you can approximate the millions who died before the craze burnt ITSELF out. And that deals ONLY with witches, and does not even account for those killed in the Crusades and during the seven  centuries when the Inquisition held power...nor does it include Catholics killed by Protestants, Protestants killed by Catholics, Muslims and Jews killed by BOTH. It does not take in the slaughter of millions of "heretics"!!!

How ever did you come up with such a silly response???

  30. As the first person said, the Hexenhammer.

  31. IT IS NOT ONLY THE BIBLE, IT IS THE RELIGION ALL TOGETHER. RELIGION IS A DISEASE.
