Which books are the best for toefl iBT test

I recommend two books in particular:

1.) Barron's Practice Exercises for the TOEFL. It's big, thick book with a lot of practice tests and exercises.

2.) TOEFL iBT: The Official ETS Study Guide. It's not a great book for practice tests, but it's published by ETS, the company that makes the TOEFL, so it has the most accurate information about the test format and structure.

Also, anything published by Longman is worhwhile, especially the ones written by Deborah Phillips.  The books are boring, but very good.
