  1. well to me it would have to be rocky marciano or julio cesar chavez

  2. for the fair people was vitali klitscko who has been the only hw champ in history that never went down even in a knock down now for americans it has to be or an american or a black folk yall are addicted to ignorance and injustice;)

  3. Marciano or LaMotta. Special nod to Tex Cobb for surviving Larry Holmes.

  4. "tex" cobb

    jake lamotta

    ray robinson

    marvin hagler

    carlos monzon

    julio cesar chavez

  5. Marciano

  6. I believe that George Chuvalo who endured the bombs of Frazier, Ali, Foreman among others in his almost 100 bout career without once tounching the canvas has the honor of having the strongest chin.  Marciano also had a  very strong chin only going down twice for brief counts in his 49 fights. Randall "Tex" Cobb was also well known for having a chin of granite.  As far as non heavyweights goes, I would say that Jake LaMotta and Marvin Hagler had the strongest chins.

  7. Some excellent chins throughout history include:

    Rocky Marciano

    Jake Lamotta

    George Chuvalo

    George Foreman

    Bernard Hopkins

    Julio Cesar Chavez

I always said the best chin I ever saw was Marvelous Marvin Hagler.  He had over 60 fights, many against serious punchers like Hearns, Hamsho, Mugabi, etc and he was only ever knocked down once by Juan Roldan and that was really a slip.

But after Saturday, I have to put Antonio Margarito at or near the top of my list.  He also walked through some big punchers like Kermit Cintron and Joshua Clottey.  But I was amazed at the flush shots he was hit by Miguel Cotto and never blinked once!
