Which boy should I pick??

Okay so I really like these two guys and they are totally cute but are TOTALLY different.

1st guy(Chris): Is really into his education and really sweet and nice!! I've know him since last year and he knows me and we're really good friends. But my friend also likes him and if him and me go out then she will get really mad.

2nd guy(Spencer): Is a football player and is kinda shy and don't know if I will feel uncomfortable around him since I don't really know him. Lots of my friends says he's ugly...which believe me he's not.

P.S. I don't really know which one to pick so only nice comments please!! And really think about your answer please because I want to pick a good guy. Should I pick the guy that I know but it into math(just like me) or the hot football guy that would just boost my image(which I don't want people to think I like him just for that). it seems like you really wanna go out w/chris but your friend is holding you back so spencer is number two on your list... idk, try to hang out with spencer to get to know him more! i hate it when I go for the same guys my friends do, so much drama! so try to become more comfortable with spencer, you're probably not really in a rush, so yeah.
