little ceasars has that $5 hot'n'ready pizza that comes in pepperoni or cheese. a couple bucks more for italian sausage.

dominos has that 3 pizzas for $4, so then it just depends on how many pizzas you were planning on buying.  

p.s.  

you get what you pay for, so dont expect it to be super huge.  you can also check your local pizza stores, since little mom and pop shops usually give you a good pizza for a good price.

I think Domino's is still the cheapest.  They just finished the "Big $10 Deal".  It was a large pepperoni pizza, an order of bread sticks, and 2 cans of pop.   They have the 5/5/5 deal too.  You just need to ask them when you call in your order.
