you need at least a 3Ghz intel or intel-based computer with at least 1 Ghz of memory and at least 2 hard drives 160 Gb or more to install your games and edit your photos and make movies.

Your pc's motherboard should have 1.x and 2.x usb ports for attaching to a usb tv tuner which can make movies.

PS: The brand does not matter nowadyas but the on-site warranty should be at least 1 year and you need a friend who knows about computer hardware and software to help you choose the parts to be assembled by the pc shop personnel.

Important: Try not to ask your friend to asemble the pc parts for the cpu casing and stuff inside as the warranty may be void if there is any glitches. Instead, ask the pc shop personnel to assemble the pc casing and stuffs inside for you.

And you need a bit of luck too.
