  1. 2)

  2. Baked beans on wholemeal toast.

  3. For me, I think it would be the Baked Beans on Toast, although I suppose everyone is different!

    :-)

  4. NONE - Breakfast is a COMPLETE waste of time, effort and makes you sick.  All you need is a glass of water.

  5. I'd Say 3 =]

  6. I would say 3 or 5

  7. 4 but i cant go wothout weetbix or vitabrits!

  8. 3. or 5.

    Reasoning:

Fruit is the best thing to have for breakfast because it is high in energy and low GI. Wholemeals are also good (white bread or white crumpets are bad) but things like baked beans an peanut butter have additives (better off just eating the peanuts :P) so if you choose 5 read the ingredients on the peanut butter and try to get something natural. No to the eggs because animals products aren't great for you first thing in the morning (but I'm a vegetarian so probably bias) if you are going to have the dish with milk opt for light milk.

  9. i would say beans on toast. that reminds me, i havent had breakfast yet!

  10. Beans always fill me up the most.  That's my pick (1

  11. Wow, breakfast never seemed so complicated b/4

Why not  1 egg scrambled, whole toast, berries and orange juice?  (or oatmeal in place of the toast)

This breakfast gives you energy and speeds up your brain, so that time goes more slowly!

  12. i would go with the third one... only because i swear by cereal lol. smart start and kashi go lean are my favorites

  13. porridge beats all of these.

  14. Probably 3. If you like oats though, might be better to have oatmeal with the fruit.

  15. no porridge?

  16. They all sound very nutritious. They all have a good balance of protein, carbs and fruit which would give you energy and keep you healthy.

  17. When one gets up in the morning, blood sugar is low, which means

energy is down.  One should jump start with such a breakfast which

can boost metabolism, hence energy also.  For this, I like to take

    these items:

1-Bread family items like  rice, cerials, wholewheat bread, etc.

       All this is carbohydrates.

2-Also some vegetable and/or fruit or its juice - Carbohydrates

3-Meat, egg, peanutbutter, milk, yogurt - protein & fat

The above is just a list only but one can eat according to one's requirements.  The above includes carbohydrates, proteins, & fat.

According to your list, the best will be no.5, because it covers

carbs, i.e. wholemeal toast, peanut butter (some protein & fat) and

banana & strawberries,i.e. carbs mainly. Hope this meets ur requirements.
