Which breed of hamster is the NICEST????

my sister has a teddy bear hamster and it bit her 3 times and bled every time and it bit me hard too! =( so please give me another recommendation if u were gonna say tedddy bear hamster..........

i've had russian dwarf hamsters for about 2 years now and they have never bitten me. I had one a long time ago that was kind of mean, but it didn't bite hard. I currently have 3 and they are super sweet, they let me hold them as long as i want and pet them. just make sure you handle them often.

ASK ANYONE at a petstore and they'll say black bear hamsters.  They're $19.99 because of how nice they are.  Mine have never bitten me!

Honestly I wouldn't recommend any hamsters.  They're usually solitary animals so they don't really like to be bothered.  If your want a small animal that's social, look into a rat.  They're very social and smart.  There are, however, those few exceptions in both species.
