Which broadband company is the best in Australia?

I have spent all morning looking to change my English broadband and there are lots of very good sites that make clear direct comparisons.  This doesn't appear to be the case in Australia. However, the following site may be useful

The best in the UK is £14.99 (A$37.25) this is for a good high speed connection.The Aussie prices look high in comparison.

The only common factor is that they are all designed to confuse so that you cannot makea real comparison.
