Which budget airlines fly to berlin and from which northern airports (england)?

Please Help I'm wanting cheap flights to and from Berlin around the dates 30th July - 2nd of august , and the 31st of October - 3rd of November please help I want to keep them as cheap as possible so airlines like ryanair are good.
