Which buffets are the best in Las Vegas......?

Basically I'm looking for the best bang for my buck...best quality and variety of food. Thanks for your answers.

Rio world carnival buffet was my favorite when I was down in Vegas. Not cheap so come hungry =P

If you're looking for decent value and quality food, try Red Rock Station, Green Valley Ranch or Sunset Station. They are little off the Strip, but all have fairly new buffets and offer quite a selection of good food, from sushi to prime rib to hand made gelato - dinner prices run about $16 per person.

Another pretty good place is Main Street Station, which is downtown.

If you are looking for something a little more gourmet, try the gourmet buffet at the Bellagio on Friday/Saturday nights or even the Wynn. They will run about $35 per person, but the food is well worth it.

If you enjoy seafood, then the seafood buffet at the Rio would be the place to be. Also about $35 per person, but you will easily more than get your value in seafood.

Remember, just like everything else, you get what you pay for. If you go for an inexpensive option, you will get poor selection or quality. I would recommend looking for a place that is about $10 per person for lunch and at least $15 per person for dinner to get a place that has decent food and selections.
