The Angels and I think looking at the stats and record prove that.  White Sox fans, don't buy into that BS Joe Morgan said about the White Sox having the best bullpen ever.  Joe Morgan is a moron, just because you know how to play the game doesn't mean you know the game.

Angels, but the White Sox have a good one as well. But some of Chicago's relief pitchers are injured.

Angels by far. They have had a consistent bullpen for the last 6 years. Not only do the Angels have the best record in the league, they have the most wins by 2 runs or less and it takes a good bullpen to do that.
