I can tell you that the service you want is operated by Alsa, and has 13 buses a day leaving Valencia for Alicante, but as their website seems to be down at the moment I can't tell you the line number or any times... sorry!

Update: the trip takes 2.5 hours, costs between 32 and 38 Euros, first departure is at 04.45, then 06.15, 07.00, 09.30, 10.15, 13.15, 14.00 (slow), 14.15, 15.15, 17.15, 18.15, 19.30, 21.00.
