Which bus to catch to get from Hyderabad Nampally Railway Station to Narayanaguda (YMCA)?

I need to get from Nampally Railway Station to Narayanaguda (YMCA). Which bus should I catch and where from? If there isn't a direct bus, how do I get to the bus stop from the station. I do know that Bus No. 136 covers the route (I do not know of any others) but does it start from Nampally Railway Station. If not, which bus stop does it start from and how do I get to that stop from the station.
