Which cable do I need to connect my computer to my flat screen tv for a business meeting?

My tv is brand new and has a million interfaces on the back. Should I use a RGB to component video or a RGB to RGB? What about the sound, does that transfer with either of the previously mentioned cables? Any other advice would be appreciated! Thanks!!

Audio/Video RCA cord with some adapter on it, depending on your connectors.

If it is a TV, your computer must have a TV-out terminal. You connect your "TV video in" to that terminal.

The sound should be to the audio in of your TV from the "phone out" of the computer.
