Which cage is best for rats?

the middle one is biggest so that might be the best

I'd say the first or third one look good. Rats usually are too smart for wheels, though. The second one would be fine if you don't plan to hold your pet. Otherwise, it would just be a waste of space.

any of those would be fine, however if you got the first one i would be concerned about the space your rat has to run around in, the middle one would be great but i actually HAVE the third one with my rat in it!! haha his name is squirt and he seems to like his accomodations very much, but he is very active which is why the first thing i would look for in a rat cage would be ground space for your little rattikins to run around in :)

Those cages are all very small.  The middle one could work fine for two rats, but you may want to look into something a bit larger.
