  1. AWWW! KAWAII! I always wanted a teddy bear hamster!! *starts to cry

Oh, I think #2 will be more comfortable for the hamster. Exspecialy with lots of soft coverings.

  2. neither both are very small. not enough floor room. I found one in your price range with good floor room and awsome ventalation.

But if you have your heart set on one of those two i would pick the second one as it has more floor space. but if ou want to add tubes and such get the First one.

    Hoped i helped

  3. 2 Better

  4. i'd pick the second one... it keeps the food away from where the hamster uses the bathroom.

both are great choices though :]

  5. Go with the second one It looks like it has a little bit more room than the first picture You can get some colorful toys and stuff to put in there if you want to liven it up a little Giving it more color But definitely i would go with the second option Have lots of fun with your new teddy bear hamster They are so cute

  6. 2  is  the  best  cage! ! ! ! ! ! !

  7. If you were only limited to those two options I would pick the second one. I would however consider a glass tank. I work for a pet store and the number #2 issue with hamsters is escaping. (#1 is biting.) With a glass tank they can't chew or pee their way out of the tank. I know the peeing thing sounds funny but it's true. With crittertrails especially, the animals can pee in one spot over and over again. The pee is acidic itself and after time can wear a hole into it. Crittertrails are especially hard to clean with the tubes all over the place.

A 10 gallon glass tank or larger will make a fine home for a hamster and all you have to do is make sure you get the essentials: bedding, food, water bottle, food dish, wheel, chew sticks, some kind of house so they can hide in it, and any kind of treats. Treats are optional and beware it's really easy to make an overweight hamster.

    I hope this helped. =)

  8. 2 most certainly

  9. I had a teddy bear hamster and option #1 is totally what you should choose. It has more space for it to run around and it has a private little bed for it to sleep in and it's dark in a way in the bed thing. and the whole cage seems like it is better quality and my opinion is #1

  10.        Please do you and you hamster a favor and get the CritterTrail TWO or the CritterTrail THREE! They are much bigger. Both of those cages are very small, I have had both. Get the biggest cage possible, because the more room a hamster has, the happier he or she will be. Please reconsider the two cages that you chose and go with one of the ones that I have reccomended!

  11. option 2.

plastic cages have poor ventilation and the hamster can get sick. same thing if you put it in a fish tank type thing

  12. Teddy bear hamsters are syrian hamsters and can grow to a length of upto 15 cms in their lifetime. Considering the size of the hamster and its requirement for space, I would say both the options are too small. You would have to invest in a bigger cage like Habitrail Playground or Crittertrail 2 and 3. The following links will show you those cage models -

A bigger cage is a better decision since hamsters are known to suffer from lethargy and cage paralysis if kept in small cages not fit for them to move around much.

  13. It doesn't matter what kind of small animal it is, the second cage with the ramp is more stimulating.

The more complex a cage is, the smarter your hamster will be, basically.

  14. 2 it has more room

  15. option #2!!! most def the best one.plastic cages suck very much!!! hey are hard 2 clean and smeel really bad

  16. option #2 is easier to clean and is  more suitable for a teddy bear hamster
