  1. definetly a fish tank. that cage is WAY too small

  2. i would say the fish tank cause a hamster cage well they might escape so get a fish tank and put some paper tubes in there.

  3. These plastic cages tend to stink up faster and are harder to clean.  Plus you really can't pet him unless you opne it all up.  I like my fish tank cage better- it gets more air and I can easily shovel the litter around to freshen it up, and it's easier to feed him veggies and snacks and stick my hand anywhere to pick up the uneaten fruit/veggies before they rot.  They have a cover attachment for fish tanks that you can attach a tunnel to and another plastic cage on top if you like. Also fish tanks give them more room.  Ilike to put a good amount of litter and you can see they love to burrow in it and it's so cute!! Plus it's wayy bigger also, they need space.

  4. Its probubly better to use the fish tank because your hamster could start chewing on the bars and its not good for them or there teeth!!!!

    hope this helps!!

  5. i suggest a barred cage. it allows for more air flow. hamsters like to be in a fresher environment. both kinds restrict the Flow and that is not always good. i suggest something like this. this is what i would suggest. it is a little small but it should suit the little guy.

    good luck!

  6. a fish tank would be better in this case, but i would really recommend a wire cage. i think you need to do some research because youre asking a lot of questions that could be easily solved with 15 minutes on the internet

  7. A 10 gallon aquarium or larger would be suitable.  Are you purchasing a syrian hamster or a dwarf hamster?

You should never purchase a plastic cage for any rodent as they can chew their way out of it.  It also doesn't supply good enough ventilation.

  8. the tank that cage looks small
