Which camera is better, sony or fuji film?

i want a camera for my birthday. i like photography

I had a professional Fuji Film camera. Then I went and bought a regular old point and shoot from Sony.

Sony so kicked my Fuji Film's butt. Like I previously said on another Answer - After changing one or two settings on my Sony, my 300 dollar camera's pictures looks like those of a 3,000 dollar camera's.

Sony is very well known, and you can trust that your money will not be wasted when purchasing a camera from them.

Fujifilm is a camera company. Sony is an electronics company. I would go with the Fuji.

The other great camera brands are Nikon, Canon, & Olympus (but I would buy a Fuji before an Olympus).
