Which camera is better? Kodak 8.2 MP C813 or Samsung 7.2 MP S730? Why?

I would lean more towards the Samsung S730.  I really liked this camera when checking out cameras to purchase for my mom for her birthday.  I spent a lot of time checking them all out, but I believe the features on the S730 are much better than that of the Kodak, and the picture quality is amazing.  

I ended up purchasing mine from http://www.digitaldealz.net as I have used them for both business and personal purchases, and they have always been good to me.

I wouldn't take either one if they were free. However the Kodak is less junky than the Samsung.
