Which camera qualifies all these features?

Question

I really need these features:

1) Flip/Swivel LCD screen (most important..)

2) Lithium-ion battery powered (I've had enough with heavy 4 AAs with my current one)

3) Zoom-able while video recording

4) At least 8mp

5) At least 28mm widest

6) At least 10x zoom

7) Preferably low noise at high ISO

Any suggestions are most welcomed!

It has everything you want, it's has a swivel screen, you can zoom when you record, it has a 12x zoom, wide angle, image stabilization, eight megapixels straight. However, it takes AA batteries, which is better, because if lithium ion batteries malfunction, you're stuck, but you can always us AA's.

Oh, and the images aren't so noiseless at high-iso's no point and shoot is, sorry, for that, you have to pay the much heavier price tag for a DSLR camera. Not being mean, but you can't expect to many features ( SLR features ) with a point and shoot camera. However, the canon s5IS is a good camera never the less.

I suggest the Canon powershot S5 IS, it has:

1) Flip/Swivel LCD screen

2) It takes 4 AA batteries (that might be good though because lithium battery packs are expensive)
