which univerity is easy to get into in canada for foreign students and is it a good gpa or good ielts score that makes their final decision for giving admission.

U of T would probably be easier to get into since you'd have less competition from American students (not that they're that great, there's just a lot of them) than you would at McGill.

And your GPA is what's most important.
