Which car dealer has better customer service?? BMW,Infiniti, or Nissan??

Question

Seeking to buy a car and wanted to know if you have had any issues with bmw, infiniti, or nissan service?? I have my opinions, but wanted to see if others have had the same experience. Thanks.

I wouldn't know, if I have to deal with a dealer I deal with my dad's friend who works for a Buick dealership and can get my Nissan parts for less than the Nissan dealership would.

I would say Infiniti/Nissan (both dealers were merged together) because I've never been to a BMW dealer before. They were pretty nice and showed us all around the vehicle we were interested in. But I agree with Bub, Cadillac/Hummer/Sabb dealers have great customer service, one of the best.

There is no way to generalize a question like that. Some of it depends upon the management, and the employee who works on your car. Go to the service center in your area for BMW, Infinity and Nissan and talk to people waiting for their cars to be repaired. They will be honest, unlike any dealership (for the sale they will tell you anything).

Buy a Caddie, the GM service for Caddies is wonderful.
