  1. i tihnk i would have answered ford fiesta if it were in the list but as you have not listed it

i would  surely say toyota corolla iz the king...

my favourite is not indigo dicor or grand petrol lx  but indigo gvs  lx or a cs dicor.

this is da best vehicle in terms of performance

i think your list must some more names

    1. Toyota Corolla

    2. chevy OPTRA maGnum

    3. TATA Indigo cs dicor, tata indigo gvs and lx dicor and grand dicor xl

    4. maruti suzuki swift dzire, maruti SX4

    5. honda city

    6. hyundai verna

    7. chevy aveo

    8. a yamaha R1

above all ,in terms of mileage, speed , indian roads i would select 5 cars , INDIGO ( any model, TATA is trustable ) , SX4, Swift Dzire, OPTRA maGnum and toyota corolla..........

  2. you have given d worst choices how can any1 choose between cheap hatchbacks and luxury sedans if u want  2 compare u need make sure all d four cars r almost d same class anyways any1 would go 4 corolla

  3. best is toyota corolla then honda city.

  4. Definitely the Corolla...

Rest all have their pros though...

Indigo is cheap to own and run and it haves the best space for the passengers, i10 the latest entrant has extremely good dash , is small while the honda has a good fuel efficient engine.

  5. Honda city is the best.mileage over 20kms (highway), very comfortable, driving is a delight, very manueveable, zero maintenance, best service support from Honda dealers (free pick up and return if the car has to be taken for service/repair)Value for money.

  6. Indian road conditions are aweful through out the year

No car is suitable better than Road-roller

  7. first decide ur segment as to what type of car u want bcos these types are very different..all have positives and negatives here..Indica is inexpensive and has gud mileage but after sale service may not b as gud ; honda city is quiet gud too and has gud after sales service and Corolla is expensive , but strong and good in long run, less mileage and mantainance cost is high...I10 is reasonable has gud features and mantainance is not so high, mileage is ok

if u want a small car then Swift is also gud

if u hav any specefic querie mail me

  8. toyota Corolla

  9. i think toyota Corolla

  10. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF A SMALL CAR THEN GO FOR I10 BECAUSE IT IS RULING OVER SMALL CARS.THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF ENGINE ONE IS 1.1 IRDE AND THE SECOND IS NEWLY LAUNCH 1.2 KAPPA.THE NEW KAPPA MODEL ARE MAGNA,SPORTZ AND ASTA.

  11. as an indian..go for ambassador or maruti ...

  12. Toyota, hands down.  JD Powers and associates, the company who rates cars nationally and has done so for over 30 years that I know of, has rated Toyota number one, for quality, safety, and reliability.  The after sales service is good as well.

  13. chevy srv in hatchback version

  16. mercedes benz

  17. if your are truly in the city

    the Honda City is best

if your on any very poor roads you'd better off with a Toyota Truck or Subaru.

corolla is a fine car but it's no rock crawler.

avoid the Indigo = Poor build quality

  18. i think i would like to say honda city, santro and alto are the best cars for Indian roads...they all have good mileage...

and if i have to pick from your list then i would go for toyota corolla and honda city...both as they both are pretty good...

    hope this helps you...

  19. Ford Fiesta is missing in the list

Best for driving, mileage as well as comfort

  20. Hi!

All the cars that you mentioned are in different categories. So it is indeed not possible to compare. If you are looking for i10 it's newly introduced variant with kappa engine is very good. Toyota is coming up with a new Corolla but still i like Honda Civic better in that category. In the indigo category i find Renault Logan the best in terms of fuel efficiency & handling (if you can ignore the styling). Honda City is also coming up with a new model probably named Jazz.

No matter what the company claims you'll get a FE of 9-11 km/litre in the big cars & of around 14km/litre in small cars for city driving. If one is living a big city after sales service shouldn't be a problem for any of the cars.

    happy driving...
