Which car looks newer? ?

the lexus is probably a 1998-2000 model and the Ford is probably a 2000-2002 model (just a guess)

they look about the same. but its a van lol.

I'm going to guess the Lexus is older than the Ford, but the Lexus has aged and will age more much gracefully.

i would go with the lexus, because the ford models did not change dramatically since 99' therefore, for all the avg. joe knows, the van could be a 99'. Go with Lexus

Newer? That Lexus definitely does not look new.  Probably 10 years old.  The Ford mini van? Who cares how old it looks, it's a bus. Paint it yellow.

I can understand you wanting out of the van but there are a lot nicer cars out there for less money than an overpriced Lexus ES. The Camry is the exact same car without leather seats for much less.
