Which car should I choose...?

I'm a 21 yr. old male and I've narrowed my choices for a car to buy down to 5. They are as follows:

2005 Mercury Mariner, $10,995, 50k miles

leather interior, well taken care of

2005 Mazda Tribute, $12,999, 35k miles

excellent condition

2007 Ford Fusion SEL, $13,375, 35k miles

excellent condition

2004 Honda Element, $12,999 55k, miles

OK condition

2007 Dodge Caliber, $11,995, 50K miles

They're all the highest trim/model available, also...

Which one should I choose? I want the one with the best value for my dollar, but things like gas mileage and value depreciation are also important. Which will be worth the most in 3-4 years? Etc, etc,

  1. ford fusion i want to be the best answer please

  2. I think your best choice is the Honda. Honda holds it value really well and it takes a lot to wear one out, that's why you see 1985 Honda's with 200,000 miles on them sell for $2,000. A Honda will also be most reliable by far. The only thing else i can tell you is that the Dodge and the Mazda are bad ideas both have transmission trouble a lot, so just beware of that. Another thing is that Honda gets really good gas mileage. with an element you will get SUV space with car gas mileage.good luck.

  3. Get the Ford Fusion. They have excellent quality and are very cheap to own. You will also still have a bumper to bumper warranty from the factory on the Fusion for another 1k miles. You will have a powertrain (engine/transmission) warranty for up to 60k miles. The Honda is out of warranty (bumper to bumper) as is the Dodge. The Fusion is also more reliable and gets better gas mileage than the Tribute or the Mariner.

Based on the year and mileage of these vehicles the Fusion is the best choice. It will also retain its value pretty will as they are great cars.

  4. i say the worst cars in your sheet is mazda dodge and mercury so its between ford and honda but its your option we cant see or drive either of those two car ask them if they can give you carfax imformation and test drive it usually from that five cars honda is going to hold its resale value much better than any of those 4 cars so chose wisely cause youre the one is going to pay for it

  5. I think the Ford Fusion SEL would be the best choice here, although it has a higher price now, i think that its going to retain more of its price later on. I imagine it has great gas mileage, and its not half bad looking. Good Luck!

  6. i like ford fusions.

  7. Honda holds its value the best out of all of those mentioned.

  8. Honda is always the best. The parts are cheap. Dodge, you'll wanna shy away from. They always have something wrong with them. Mazda's are the 2nd best on your list.

  9. mazda
