Which car should I purchase?

I was thinking of a Honda Civic 4- doors. My fiancee wants me to get a Jetta. Any ideas or suggestions?

Well you should test drive and see what they both have to offer, Honda has a really good warranty , really hard to beat and is known for holding its resell value much more so.

I personally would pick the Honda if it was me.

The jetta's are supposedly more fun to drive, but honda's will run problemless for a long time.

Are you looking more for fun, or functionality.

Of those two cars, I would get the Civic.  I'm not a fan of VW at all.

I also agree with Adam about the Mazda 3. Great car.

Do some research online.  Also, like TaylorProud said, test drive both of them.  Ask people that you know who might have these vehicles and their opinions.

Well, it seems as if your fiancee wants performance and safety while you are looking for dependability and practicality. This leaves me to recommend the Mazda 3. The Mazda is faster and more agile than the Civic, but it also very reliable. It looks very cool and has been commended for having an interior that should be found in a $30,000+ Car.

There's absolutely no fault to be found with the Honda Civic. They have a long-established reputation for being well-engineered and well-uilt, thus giving them great resale value.

The Jetta's reputation is not as good, but owners rave about how entertaining it is to drive. It's also not quite as common as the Honda.

The rest is up to you.
