Drag race-probably the CLK. It has a little more power.

In a track race-BMW. Its handling is much better.

BMWs are generally slow beasts. The CLK has a satisfying takeoff. Nothing remarkable but better than the paltry 3-series.

Let's say you're the driver, with same transmission for both cars, with the same weather, same tire, and same place for road test, all come with manufacture with nothing upgrade from after market, i am sure benz will win the race and even you spot the bimmer for 2 seconds.

Depends on the skill of the drivers. I think the CLK 350 should win by a margin though. That is if both cars are completely stock.
