  1. G35.

  2. Both are good cars, but personally, i would pick the BMW 3 series.

Not to say that the G35/G37 is a bad car, ut the newer model and the older model are almost identical.. what a jip.

The BMW has free maintenance for a few years, which will save you, but keep in mind that oil changes for those things are uber expensive.  the 3 series has been on Car and Drivers 10 best list  year after year, which shows you something about the quality of the car.

My favorite thing about the 3 is the fact that it doesn't have the  iDrive system like the other BMWs do. Its a really fun car, and if your smart with it, it'll last you virtually forever.

And to the guy who said lexus was unreliable, my uncle has a 1996 Lexus ES, 200k miles no problems.

  3. BMW

  4. Both are great cars.

I would probably take the BMW because it has a little better resale, it has free maintenance, and is gets better gas mileage. But I would still be very happy with a G35.

  5. I like both....

  6. im guessin ur speakin  about the lexus g35..well after some thought id go with the g35,because its more of a car that suits me..its more powerful and i like its designs better, the bmw is ok(im not much of a bmw fan) but better the 5 series than the 3..i am also of the opinion that the g35 would require less maintenance..also its better gas mileage(on the highway) all in all the g35 is my pick..but have u considered a merc? like the new e-class or c class? in my opinion mercs are the best and u should go look em up =)

  7. BMW they won almost all the 2008 Engine awards...and they have won almost 60 engine awards in the past 8 years alone...plus many design and performance awards...they were even awarded Best Car of the World for their BMW 3 series.

EDIT: Lexus Maintenance is much more expensive than a BMW, for instance a Laser Cut Lexus Key costs $400 (I know my friend had to replace hers), a Laser Cut BMW Key costs $200. Half the price, plus BMW backs up their cars more and they break down less...every Lexus and Mercedes owner I know have taken their cars into the shop before 100,000 miles, my friends uncle had a $70,000 Mercedes and it broke down so much he gave up and bought a Honda...my father's BMW has 108,000 miles and has had nothing but regular maintenance, his older BMW made it to over 250,000 miles with nothing but regular maintenance.
