  1. the honda fit is better because it costs 13000

and the gas mileage is 28 city 34 hwy

but the nissan versa costs 18000 and the mileage is 26 city 32 hwy

    so take the honda fit

  2. Honda Fit

    is much better $15,875.

    Honda Fit Sport 4-cyl MT

Highs: Versatile interior, handling, fuel economy, standard ABS, powertrain, controls, access, turning circle, crash-test results, reliability.

Honda's small four-door hatchback offers easy access and good visibility, and has an amazing amount of interior room. The rear seats can be folded flat or the cushion can fold up against the backrest, creating a deep, flat floor that can accommodate bulky or tall items. While not overly powerful, the Fit feels responsive, with a smooth and willing engine, and agile handling. Overall fuel economy is an excellent 34 mpg for the manual and 32 mpg for the automatic. The ride is a bit choppy but supple enough. The Fit comes well equipped with standard power accessories, antilock brakes, and curtain air bags. A 2009 redesign has just been introduced.

    Nissan Versa

Lows: Braking and hard-to-find ABS, agility, middling fuel economy for class.

The standard six-speed manual is a bit clunky, and a continuously variable transmission is optional. Fuel economy is good, but not a standout at 28 mpg for the CVT. The ride is relatively comfortable and quiet, but handling isn't particularly agile. Curtain air bags are standard, but cars with the optional antilock brakes can be difficult to find. First-year reliability has been average

  3. I would choose the FIT because I have sat in both and it just felt better to me.  The Nissan was uncomfortable because of the seating position and pedal placement but that will vary by driver.  I also think that despite the weak engine in both cars, the Fit felt lighter and felt like it handled better to me.  Since you are the one who will have to drive it everyday and test drives are free, I would go out and try them both to get a feel for them.  As far as quality, I would think they are about the same.  Both have a decent warranty and will last you a long time.

  4. Sorry, gotta go with any car that runs on natural gas (methane)! I have 2 of them, and they're great! They run super clean and super cheap (85 cents per gallon in Utah). Check out my sources below to see if these would be a possibility for you.

  5. I think the Versa has better performance but the Fit gets better gas mileage. So tough decision...
