maybe level limit since jinzo can't negate it

but if you're making a stall deck, use both cards

I say that Level Limit is the better of the two. I say this because this can be used very effectively because there are a few Lv. 3 monsters with some pretty impressive attack strength. Like one person said already, Jinzo wont get to it either.

Level limt because it is, like the other two said, immune to jinzo. Another advantage it has over gravity bind is that gravity bind will not work on cards like Elemental Hero Wild Heart and tenkabito shien. If you are making a stall deck, in addition to those two cards, there is a similar card known as Messenger of peace.
