OK everyone always asks which island is the best.. so I want to ask which island is not favorable & why. You must have actualy gone to that island to comment on it. & please do not use any racism or discrimination. Please explain with a Real reason (ex. this island was too touristy, etc) Dont say 'Haiti because its so poor'. Many islands have poverty, please only say this if the poverty effected you in some way, like you had something stolen, etc. Thanks everyone :)

  1. Trinidad and Tobago.in fact there was so many complaints by the time we had got back to the ship, they decided they were going to take it off the next cruise visit, and they did just that, and replaced it with a different island,i just didn't like it,it wasn't a holiday hot spot for me,

  2. Aruba, too many tourist and too expensive, food was good though

  3. I'm not too fond of the Dominican Republic. There were just too many people begging for money or trying to get you to buy something. I normally don't mind that because its expected in most places, but here they would not take no for an answer. Being followed from store to store and even restaurants after you have said no twenty times is not pleasant. Having to nearly curse people out to get them to stop following and harassing you is not ideal. Also I didn't like that there was so much trash piled everywhere. Santo Domingo is very beautiful and has a lot of great historical sites but the beauty was marred by the piles of trash. Other places I don't really like are Aruba and Grand Cayman. They both were too desolate for me. I need more than a beach to stay happy on vacation.

  4. I don't care fpr Jamaica unless you're in a gated community, the people there won't leave you alone if you step outside your gated area. If you ignore them, they persist on trying to sell you something(curse at you if you don't buy from them) and the streets in the city are full of large crevices and stores have flies around their food, ect. This was in Montego Bay.

  5. Haiti is very violent and lawless, and to a lesser extent so is Jamaica. Many children born of Jamaican immigrants to Britain visit Jamaica with high expectations. They come whooshing back to the UK fast!
