In the US, The best AWD car you can buy will be a Subaru.  The least expensive Subaru will be an Impreza 2.5i.  

Right now, Subaru is offering 0% for up to 24 months and 3.9% for 60 months.  That is still better than you could get at a bank or credit union as long as you qualify.  You typically need at least a 680 credit score to qualify for special financing.

If your credit is good, Toyota in Cerritos has incentives for many models which include cash rebate options, most of them 1,000$+ with 0% for 36 months, 1.9% for 48 months, 2.9% for 60 months.

I believe this applies to the 4runner which can be AWD, and several other Trucks.
