Which charity should I...?

I am thinking about donating to a charity and I would like to have some suggestions. Please include charities that you can see where your money goes (i.e. your donations helped us achieve...), no more than 5. And please list in order of which you would be most likely to donate to (1)...all the way down least likely(5). Thanks!

Some of my favorites are:

1 St. Jude Research Hospital

2. Make-A-Wish Foundation

3. Crisis Pregnancy Center providing counseling and alternatives to abortion

4. Humane Society or SPCA

The Juvienille Diabetes fund. I am a type 1 diabetic and it always seems like everyone donates to other charities than this. Or for the blind because type 1 diabetics can go blind if they dont take care of themselves.
