Which cigars give a buzz?

i dont know if cigars are supposed to give someone a buzz since they are just flavored smoke and you dont even inhale, but i have heard that some people can catch a buzz, which cigars have the capacity to give one a buzz ?

usually for beginnings in cigar smoking the first two or three will give a buzz and sometimes throw up but then you will be used to them and will get no side affects and be able to enjoy them. also  a lot has to do with the cigar itself is it mild medium or full bodied the rule of thumb is the darker the cigar the stronger it will be. but no  no cigar is intended to give someone a buzz it is supposed to be a relaxing experience
