  1. There is only one city in the Yukon - Whitehorse.  The 2006 Census population of the Territory was 30,000 and 20,000 of those lived in Whitehorse.  So, the 1,000 (3.3%) of French Speakers probably live there.  

    And if not, then the answer is there isn't a city in the Yukon with a French Speaking population.  Dawson City and Watson Lake are the second and third largest Towns and have around 1,500 people each.  Other places are lucky if they have 500 people.
