I can't speak to all of them but I can tell you that Orlando's may as well not exist - it's not the kind of are that supports so they just have some busses. Philly has an extensive system but it's dirty and unsafe plus I believe the subway closes rather early. Pittsburgh's is okay depending on where you live but is really expensive.

In my experience the greatest public transportation is in London.
