Which city in Canada do you think it would be the most expensive to ship to?

I have to ship some books to Canada and will be going to the Post Office tomorrow, but I do not know the location yet. To be sure I don't charge too little, what is the most expensive city to ship to? Also, if you could provide a zip code...that'd be great too!

do not ship by ups from out of country into canada.... ever!

it will only make for a pissed off customer, ups charges bs fees and holds the parcel ransom untill it's paid.  the fees are unnecessary

we use postal codes in canada not zip codes

using post office one rate  .UPS and Fedx  have separate rates . post office in Canada is slow

If you are shipping from another country I don't think it matters.
