Which city in the United States has the most overcast days?

Also, which city in the U.S. has the most sunny days?

I'm kind of writing a story and I need this info, but I cant seem to find it. I only get stuff about Canada and Dallas, Texas. Which that doesnt seem to help me at all.

Seattle or Portland in the Northwest are the most overcast.

NOT to be confused with most annual rain.. cause New York gets more rain per year then Seattle... but its always overcast in the Northwest so it seems like it rains more.

Most sunny? I'd assume San Diego but I can't be sure.

San Diego, CA for most sunny.  Las Vegas might also fit here.
