  1. My vote goes to Chennai, by considering its cost of living, culture, infrastructure, i would like to go for Chennai, Bangalore almost lost its identity as well as its culture.....

  2. I would it's chennai, even though i live in bangalore. Compared to chennai bangalore has the high cost of living & it's becoming more like mumbai, where in u find young people hanging around in clubs & pubs. Bangalore has lost its culture. Where in culture, respect and tradition still survives in chennai. I love chennai

  3. I would go for Bangalore. No matter where are you from you are welcome in Bangalore. It's much more educated, civilized and cosmopolitan than Chennai.Chennai is just an overgrown village.

  4. Chennai is more peaceful than Bangalore. The cost living is cheaper in Chennai than Bangalore. Chennai is bigger city than Bangalore. There are lot of Amusement Parks, Temples, Libraries, shopping malls and Parks in Chennai when compared to B'lore.

But Banglore Climate is better than Chennai.Chennai is very hot and humid.

  5. Chennai is good in all respects. They don't stick too much to their (language) linguism. Even the name board is written both in English and Tamil in chennai which is not there in Bangalore's buses. Almost everybody understands English.Atleast they like to help others even if they don't know, they will direct you properly. Bangalore's pollution has started giving skin problems and asthmatic problems for many. Sunshine is always good upon which all living beings rely on for everything.

  6. my choice is banglore.Banglore is very quite.Chennai is not good, because their way of talking and also it is very disturbance.

  7. My Choice is chennai for all reasons except climate...Chennai traffic is well organsied. over head Infrastructure is better in chennai.State admin of chennai is invester friendly.state discrimation is much in B'lore.chennai has culture of india which u definitely lack in B'lore.Education is good in Chennai, education is money in B'lore.Cost of living in chennai is reasonable than B'lore.B'lore "money hai tho honey hai".Chennai "Phir be dil hai Hindustani".Most of the IT companies are getting shifted from B'lore to Chennai,Pune, Coimbatore,Chandigarh etc.B'se chennai is much investor friendly.

So Chennai is my choice in exeriance.............I was in B'lore for 2 years .

  8. My choice is Bangalore because the weather is very good, people are very good only it is spoiled by outsiders, we will get all types of food.

We can find all types of traditions, language where as in chennai one should know Tamil to survive or else it is very difficult to survive in chennai.

  9. chennai is best city. because they are many places like beach and some special places. In chennai living peoples are very busy.At the same time many useless fellows are there. BUT I LIKE CHENNAI thank you so much

  10. Bangalore. Period.

  11. My choice is garden city Bangalore.

    Born Brought up in bangalore,

culture is excellent, scenario in bangalore is changed  really people are good ,hey what else great climate things are cool.

BIA has touched hearts of bangalore

City with many gardens and lakes.

  12. definitely its chennai.

    because,

its free from terrorism, its free from traffic, its free from discrimination ,living here is like living in our home.

  13. chennai is good.. if you able to speak tamil.. else you can prefer bangalore..

My choice is chennai.. beacause of less in cost of living and entertainment.

  14. no doubt it is Bangalore, the garden city is best not only comparing to channai, compare all other major cities bangalore is the best.

  15. Bengalooru is the Best to Live. Any People can live in Bengalooru

I thik only lungi people live in Chennai all the day lifting lungi's

and even chennai people coming to Namma Bengalooru because they could not live in their own state. Bengalooru is the Best

  16. Chennai wud be my choice.  Except for the hot & humid climate, Chennai is better in everything else when compared to Bangalore.

Being a chennaite myself, i'm happy to c many chennai-lovers!

  17. yes i do accept the points, But Bangalore is better cultured & Heartly welcomes outcomers , And it's Silicon city................

  18. Bangalore - bcoz the climatic conditions here suit all kinds of people. Good culture. Things are Systematic in Bangalore

We will be able to communicate in English &

Hindi, for that matter in almost all the South Indian languages in Bangalore but in chennai we should be able to speak Tamil to communciate with people.

  19. Chennai is best city to live compare to Bangalore. Bcz good whether for human beings. No pollution in chennai. But Bangalore more pollution.

  20. Yeah Chennai is the best to live because the cost of living is not much high as compared to Bangalore. Bangalore is also a very good city, but traffic problem is there. But in Chennai traffic jams etc are not there.

Chennai is an old city it is rich in culture as compared to Bangalore.

  21. Dude never go to Chennai specially if you are an north Indian . Trust me i had bad bad experience in Chennai . Banglore cleaner , more comfortable and have better friendly environment  .

  22. Being a person who lived in both the cities and currently not living in neither of the cities I would say it depends what you are.

North Indian never go to Chennai. First problem would be language. Next, your high degree of assertiveness and show off will not work. You will be destroyed no time. B'lore is a better place for you guys.

If you are highly talented, calm, don't believe in showing off you can think of Chennai. But beware of competition. Chennai is too competitive.

Infrastructure wise no point is comparing B'lore with Chennai. As Chennai is metro B'lore infrastructure is no way close to Chennai.

If you are cool then you can get into hot Chennai.. :)

  23. Bangalore Rocks  :) :). its tough for outsiders to survive in chennai but in Bangalore all are welcome. Though chennai people are cultured they dont welcome & support outsiders. Bangalore is simply superb in those terms :).... you find all sort of people with various culture & tradition who are from different part of country. I agree living cost is high in bangalore but you even get good salary(pay) compared to chennai. Weather is cooooooooool in bangalore as u guys know its a garden city.

Over all i loveeeeeeeeeee Benagaluruu :)

  24. Chennai is best to Live In

Culturally i can list out the following :

    Ashtalakshmi Temple,

    Paarthasaarathy Temple,

    Kabaleeswarar Temple,

    Tiruverkaadu Temple,

    Kaalikambal Temple,

Maangadu Temple. These much temples are here in Chennai.

Most Nice Places to Roam Around with family.

    T.Nagar,

    Mylapore,

    Adyar Park,

Marina Beach Longest Beach in India,

    Besantnagar Elliots Beach,

    Mount Road Higgin Bothams,

    Murugan Idli Shop,

    Adyar Aanandha Bhavan,

With all these things chennai has got IT Corrider which is the dwelling place of all IT companies.

Nice Culture, Nice People, Best Traffic Management.Cost Of Living is less compared other indian cities.

SO My Vote Goes to Chennai forever and ever

  25. Though I live in Bangalore and love this place, I suggest you go to chennai. Bangalore is already facing problems due to influx of people from across the country and it wasnt built to accommodate so many people. So come back to Bangalore when it is ready..

  26. my choice is chennai. i havnt seen much of b'lore, but really like the way in which the people of chennai greet. although it would not be wrong to say that language is an issue in chennai but people are very helpful and entertaining that it breaks the language barriers. its very clean, with gr8 traffic sense and the food is excellent (Specially Murugan Idli Shop). forget malls, think about tourist places like Mahabalipuram temples, Pondicherry, ECR Road  i am a north indian by origin but really love chennai.

  27. forget chennai or banglore...hyderabad rocks...bcoz of its rich cosmopolitican atmosphere..and its lost cost of living....rich IT industry and software industry...and acceptable traffic..and its great weather..unlike banglore and chennai

  28. Bangalore! \m/

Traffic is the only flaw..and probably the lack of a beach. But the superb weather and huge number of pubs/discos/hangouts make up for it. ;)

  29. Hi I am chennaite and I have also lived in Bangalore, I would say both are common in the following culture, work ethics, cost of living,

Bangalore is crushed with Traffic of course Chennai too; you can survive with MRTS trains and Local Trains which are yet in Bangalore

In case of and AIR Flyer its tough in Bangalore (I know few friends prefer ROAD or TRAIN than AIR to reach Bangalore) Weather yes Bangalore is the best, Amusements yes Chennai is also doing good

It’s all common between both cities apart from few

  30. Bangalore is the most congested city in india...maybe it is the largest city in india but it doesnt mean that it has an excellent infrastructure... if u hav to go to airport you should start before four hours from the city whereas in chennai it is not the case.... so in all aspects CHENNAI the best city to live in

  31. I alway like chennai for every thing . . . . . . may be other's would not like chennai climate  . . . . I can confirm you all that it's best climate to stay. . . .were as your body is alway is good .  so i love chennai . . .
