Which class should I take first?

I have to take both macroeconomics and microeconomics. I just don't know which one to take first? any suggestions, and why?

  1. Take them at the same time or take the one with the lower course code. Why? Universities number their courses not just  for an abitrary administration act of organization, but to help you select courses. 200 level courses are more advanced than 100 level and sometimes it's best to take 125 before 150.


  2. i havent taken micro but macro was easy but like one of the posters above me said, go with the lower course code. more than likely one is a prerequisite for the other anyway.

  3. I would take macro first, it will go over "the top layer" of economics first. Micro is more in depth.

  4. Well, you're supposed to take micro and then macro, but I took macro first and I was fine, I think macro is a lot easier.
