Which cleats are better?

Which cleats are better? The new Adidas Reggie Bush 2 Superfly or the Nike Speed 2 Low??????? I play lacrosse for my high school and football with friends and i don't like lacrosse cleats. Which cleats are better for running around more and changing direction an speed alot and moving directions?

My first act every season as a linebacker was to give the team-issued shoes back to the equipment manager, then proceed to buy the lightest soccer shoes I could find.  At the time, those were Puma Rapids - made from Kanagaroo leather, and about 4 pounds lighter than the "spikes" issued by the team.  I liked the soccer shoes for two reasons that you're touching on:

1.  Excellent traction with minimum weight.  Very comfortable as well.

2.  They're designed for high velocity kicks without stubbing the toe/knee movement - no friction.  Huge safety factor. Like Lacrosse players, soccer athletes are always doing stop/start/change of direction movement, and the treads are designed for maximum grip, minimum weight, and kicking a soccer ball at high speed without hanging up the foot in the turf and damaging the toe/ankle/knee linkage.  

Made a huge speed advantage for me.

some of my friends wear soccer cleats

they allow you to change direction faster while still giving you excellent grip

i like the cleats with chainsaws on the bottom. and then you can run over guys and chainsaw them.
